I wish to become a member or renew my membership in The Network Social Club. I fully understand and accept that this club is a private members-only club and receives funds primarily from membership dues. As such, I accept the fact that this club must continually obtain new memberships and renewals in order to survive. I understand and accept that the dues are $45 per member per year with renewals due the last day of the month I originally signed up in and that they are non-refundable.
